Spring City Wide Garage Sale

The first Saturday in April  is the date for the Spring Garage Sale.
Pick up your maps and a cup of coffee at the Chamber of Commerce
office from 7:00am to 9:00 am.
To be listed on the map send or bring you name, address, and a short list of
items you have for sale and $10 to the Chamber office.  Deadline to be the map is noon

97th Annual Banquet & Meeting

The date for our annual banquet and meting had to be rescheduled due to the construction at the school.
So it has been scheduled for April 8, 2017.  We have moved the location to Dinsmore School Cafeteria, 700 S. Main, Electra, Texas.   It will be our usual steak and baked potato dinner prepared and served by the Electra Chuck Wagon.  And, of course we will have our door prizes.  
It is $25 per person and tickets are available at the office, 940-495-3577.

Citywide Easter Egg Hunt

The Chamber sponsors a free Easter Egg Hunt for kids, ages birth thru 5th grade.  Three bunnies will be given in each age group.  The event is held at the City Park at10:00 am.

Homecoming Weekend

WELCOME EXES!!!!!
 
Homecoming 2017 promises to be a great time once again.
 
The fun begins Friday morning, September 22nd , with the Annual Homecoming Golf Tournament at Crooked Creek Golf Course.  It will be the traditional 4 person scramble, so make your team or sign up individually at the clubhouse.
 
Friday also includes all of the traditional festivities including the downtown pep rally, football game, we will be playing Alvord.and the latest tradition of tailgating at the Fairgrounds on East Cleveland after the game.  (Be sure to pick up your trash!)
 
Saturday's activities begin with the Pancake Breakfast, followed by the Parade and free beans and cornbread.
